CP where did u get the 4th of april date from.?
I can not c the accc declaring tls/optus spectrum or tls /optus mobile technology.
I can c the accc maybe making it easier for vodafone to install their equipment on each others mobile towers,something tls has said already happens but seems maybe sometimes there is conflict/issues.
Fortunately the 700 auction is approx same time so even the accc would understand there is no competition issues if vodafone can'easily' install their own technology on optus/tls mobile towers and vodafones uses their own spectrum.But it would require vodafone to buy the spectrum at current auction for use on regional areas then absolutely no competition issues.
example transmission lines already declared,i look at the mobile towers as the roads so fair enough to make access easier for each telco,i look at the mobile technology installed on the towers as the vehicles/cars and the spectrum as the petrol.I can not c the accc declaring the vehicles and petrol.
The above just makes sense and didn't require a bs inquiry.
