Sean, I think the closing price for BNTC was $US2.83. At a 75c conversion that is $AU3.77 for 20 ordinary shares, or 18.9c per share. So today's ASX trading is about where the US market put it. The disappointing data is the ASX volume. Perhaps more AXS holders have held their shares for longer and do not want to sell at these prices and buyers don't want to pay more than their NASDAQ counterparts? Who knows?
