No. I paid online (BPay) using cut-and-paste for reference number. Then took screenshots of the offer email and the bank confirmed payment details (shows ref num). So even though I don't have a confirming email from NAB, I do think I can prove I made the payment if things go pear-shaped. Possibly, it takes a few business days for the payment to get through BPay and the banking system to NAB (I'm not sure how it all works and what the timing is), in which case I'll maybe get an email confirmation from NAB soon. As long as I get the shares I paid for .....
