Looks to me like Chariot and Datafast might be about to merge.
I don't have any inside information on this, but if you look at the ASX news releases site, both companies have announced price-significant trading halts, at about the same time, 10.30am today.
Usually, this type of trading halt signifies an annoucement such as a merger or takeover.
Also, very significantly, BOTH are saying that they will lift the trading halt on Wednesday morning, so the likelihood of it just being a co-incidence that both go into trading halt and out of it at exactly the same time is very low.
Also, both had significant trading activity on Friday, which is usual when this type of announcement is due.
