To me, it says the the "decision to mine PB" is a mere formality, and maybe they've poked a couple of holes in, and that info is being saved for the AGM.
Me, reading between the lines. Who knows, but unlike others I'm happy to wait and let it unfold for the next several years. My mortgage will get smashed somewhere in the next 24 to 48 months.
I truely believe that will happen. It allows me to let the white noise wash over.
