Indeed good news, which hopefully leads to a bigger resource base and longer mine-life.
Some members have been suggesting for a while that the company could commence further exploratory work, particularly to the west. Well called, and hope it surprises to the upside.
If anyone is lamenting the lack of SP movement following this announcement, take a look at the subdued market response to excellent drilling updates recently reported by both RXL and THX (not cross-promoting). Sure its not exactly comparing apples with apples, but an indicator that market momentum does not currently favour smaller explorers at this time irrespective of drill hits.
For those like me, frustrated by what seems like years of treading water, apparently the market does not hate AVB alone; it hates all explorers equally.
