Star City Capital Raising

Word on the town is that in the next few months (Around April 2024)SGR will be undertaking yet ANOTHER capital raise comingat 30c!

This is a -32.12% discount to the closing price of 44.5c Upon reading further, and looking at SGR's stock chart, one almost thinks of Retail Food Group's butchering. Perhaps a similar fate is unfolding.

I know we shouldn't entirely rely on rumours but I personally am more a guy of statistics and probability and to be completely fair, I think AFR has done a great job in outlining the progress of the Star City PoopShow

I have outlined in The 2 red boxes the last time they did their raisings and in fact THEY DID shave the price by 50% from $1.20, then 60c. If we go by this statistic, perhaps the 30c rumour could have more weight to it than just Chinese whispers?

Oddly enough, Feb to Sept is a 7 month timeframe. From September 2023 to April 2024 is also a period of 7 months

NOW HERE IS MY SPECULATION: With $50M LESS, and shares issued at a 50% discount, their current burn rate on cash, one would HAVE TO THINK they would in fact run out of funds QUICKER and hence would need funding more urgently, before April 2024.

WHY I think April Rumours Are FALSE!?Firstly, it sounds like Rumour creators are TRYING to buy themselves more time to liquidate shares at whatever higher prices that they can. However simple arithmetic of cash burn, last raising price, percentage of holders on losses etc etc one should theoretically come to the conclusion that April 30c capital raising will probably come sooner especially if (more like WHEN) further bad news comes that drops this even further. It all looks disastrous, and guys, INSTOS DON'T WANT OUR SHARES AT ALL! Except to have a bit more liquidity to cash out into, apart from that. these guys are mass exiting with their algos competing with each other on fills.
