I did a bit of searching and found that it was advertised $780-$830k last year so they just haven't updated the statement of information.
I will have a look at it when i get back from work but not sure if the bank will lend me enough. I just used a lending calculator (The actual sheet the bank uses) and they greatly overestimate how much kids cost! My spreadsheet of expenses comes in at $1,830/month (for everything including 2 properties cars, food, phone etc) however the banks sheet automatically uses $3,300/month. Big big difference. My girlfriend will most likely stay home another year which the banks don't look fondly at.
