Regardless of whatever your expenses are though just ensure that you are comfortable with whatever the payments are with a buffer.

I have another country property as a rental about 30 minutes from this one. I would like to keep it but if times ever got hard i would just sell it.
When i sat down with NAB (6 months ago) they didn't want to include my small day rate that my boss gives me. Works out to be around $15,000/year (tax free) but its not consistent month to month.
Might have to temporarily separate from the mrs to get my next loan
