As an investor you need a balanced view.
1) Yes shareholders believe management are not up to standard, the question is does Bluescope/BHP or whoever ?
2) Yes many believe Mgmt dont have the capability to move forward....... do like likes of Bluescope/BHP or whoever ?
3)Do shareholders/investors/Bluescope or whoever believe the technology is good/has merit or potential ?
It goes without saying an investor/BHP or whoever will primarily be interested in point 3, points 1 and 2 are important but can be overcome.
Point 1 and 2 can be resolved by terms of the contract/agreement. ie. Bluescope or whoever "has full control and management of the project and or funds"
