A couple of other questions I would suggest you ask when he calls you back.
1. Does Anteo actually have control of Diasource or will that only happen once all the repayments have been made (LE if they don't sell it).
2. If Diasource is cash flow positive why did they have to borrow money from staff and investors? Can they access Diasource cash reserves or does this relate to my first question?
3. Are they considering listing Diasource on an overseas exchange?
4. What happened to John Hurrell's "strategic review"?
5. Has mix and go been incorporated into ANY of Diasource range and if so how many? When is this planned? I would even ask if the answer is no what are Anteo actually using Diasource for?
6. How many active partnerships do Anteo have going on. I would clarify 'active' as they are receiving remuneration for ongoing work or a strategic partnership has been formed that will more than likely lead to revenue in the next 3-6 months.
If you don't ask them all, make sure you ask the first two.
