He did miss out on a lot of capital gain when he sold out his house many year back & failed on his theory. A professor doesn't necessarily means a good investor. Rich dad Robert Kiyosaky once said not to listen to any school teacher or professor working for a salary..... why would you listen to a working class poor people for any financial advice ? (including a professor).
