Generally people throughout history LOVE hearing BS......from personal praise to Government promises to ever increasing property prices.......These are all feel good sentiments and people love hearing it and thats fine ......I think the general sentiment on here by some is to warn people to be careful and that should be fine as well.......In my life time ive seen tough times ive seen property prices crash by 50%.......severe recessions that slaughtered small business ....some people win some people lose......It,s never been any different....I love property but IMO you never miss out there is always opportunity .....everywhere.....and I still expect a severe recession in Australia with big falls across the board.....Its just how it goes?
