unless oil pops upward in a sustained way wait until STO under $4 and then at that point strategise as to whether you should buy or the risk not worth it.
I know some full service brokers have +$6 but tht is based on oil rising in an orderly fashion and alot of assumptions.
At this point I believe, that the market is just too risky for any sizeable bet on STO. If US raise rates then guess which way the market is heading and of course a stronger US$ means oil my struggle to really push higher with strong conviction.
Just remember what the US was worth when oil wsa at its peak and that will give you the cross correlations you should be looking at to aied in determination not to mention whats happened to China grwoth.
