I must be getting old and cynical…..hopefully not but the SP action after the announcement smacks of some underlying motive. Been in the market for 11 years and lost a lot of money and AHZ is just another one of those casualties. I have held the stock for some time and we have been through this sort of stuff before but with nowhere near the fallout, particularly when we are soon to come on board all but slowly.
I cannot but sense that this is an orchestrated attempt to drive the price down as far as possible and when everyone is disillusioned a miserably priced take-over offer is presented. So frustrated will the holders be that they will accept it with gladness being pleased to be out of it.
Is that how you feel? Sure looks like it to me but that is just my opinion and you know what opinions are worth on HC. Look forward to your comments if you are bothered with another conspiracy theory!
