Remember, these banks are the largest in the world by total assets and the top 3 Chinese banks all surpass America's largest banks (WFC, BoA and JPMorgan) in terms of total asset, profit and revenue.

As far as I know, some chinese shares do split quite often in general but with regards to chinese banks, they do pay cash dividends

Thanks. I just checked ICBC and historic dividend yield based on current price works out at 5.6%. That's pretty good! So forward yield would be > 6%, as you point out. Nice.
