I have been doing this for 6 years... does that count? By all means, I agree what you saying as a general rule as everyone is different... my success rate is high as I do my home work when I take my position and if company keeps doing the right things but sp still falls I take it as an opportunity....
But people should not follow it particularly if they don't know what they are doing....
