To date I've only read 'Mastering the markets', which covers 'Wykoff' type concepts and will likely take another 3 times reading through to really sink in. But I still don't understand any of the basic TA like AMA & MACD, RSI, and Fibonacci levels etc so would appreciate any suggestions you may have to start my reading at a basic level, whether books, ebooks or other sources.
