    Yes, that's what I've seen. That it's never a buy or sell order of 1 share, but 1 share becomes the leftover traded. I used to think that the bot does it to fix the closing price in order to not let a share price increase, and the result being;
    - shareholders get frustrated, capitulate and sell to the bots
    - people don't buy because the stock is seemingly going nowhere
    -> so a small retrace occurs while the hungry bots chomp up the supply and accumulate

    It also happens in the reverse sometimes and the bot wants to keep the closing price high.
