Im also going to guess it could have been martin schupac (or whatever) coy that had this crazy idea of using a service rig not DCs. PRL is unfortunately funding this experiment for schupac. Nonetheless its your money.
This wells 50/50 at being abandoned. I certainly hope the coin falls in your favor. If abandoned SP will be low to mid 1c. If duster 1c. If a discovery 10c!!!
