    Hi all

I need to replace a small frypan. I mainly use it for visitors that eat bacon and/or eggs or a similar type breakfast using gas.

I have looked at teflon (not keen) ceramic (no idea) seems to be painted on and I heard about stoneware (blue colour) if that is the right name. I have utilised stainless steel but not that great (seems the steel makeup is not the best). also looked at cast iron (I think) but it does require a bit of oil over time.

I want something that does not stick (well food not sticking too much), meaning very little oil and not too expensive :-)

Keen for any suggestions or experience.

    Thanks for any replies
