Scale is irrelevant - bad argument on your part. Millions were invested in CER at 2 cents so your point is meaningless.
The Arbs pay full marginal tax rate on their repeated small gains. Those who hold and make 100 times over some years get to keep much more of their gains. Who is the smarter investor type now?
