    I figure they would end up with about 15% (haven't bothered to count notes, oppies etc). They always tried to maximize their holding in CBH by buying on market up to the limit so I am guessing they will top up their holding in the combined entity by buying PEM on market - though possibly this wouldn't happen until after the merger.
