have said before Ross the Toss made sure his financial future was secure by signing up for four more years. It has long been my belief he will not get another gig after the Dockers... and why should he the team is going backwards under him.
But history shows the Dockers make a point of having coaches who cannot get the team to perform.... to day was just another sad example of when its time to stand and be counted and play with some passion for the jumper it just doesn't happen

Yes plenty of time to change ...2,3,4 years....Pies roll the same way....its a respect thing....u dont sack non-performers....u look for excuses why....injuries....bad culture....shiit list....10 year rebuild program....and hes your maaate and your mrs's are maaaates...creates too many head $&@)s...leave it as it is....
