Yes... he says the JV has the right to sell those tons.. then Howard puts it to James that.. yes but why doesn't sayona sign an off take agreement with the JV similar to that off which Piedmont did. James then says that they are considering all possibilities and he'd by lying if that wasn't one of them?
I guess it's not impossible for the JV to agree to what I previously proposed? if their operating cost is close to 700/ t they're still going to be profitable selling to Sayona at 1000/t... Yea Piedmont loses out in this sense in terms of their JV stake but look at what they're gaining on the other side... this is an example of the give and take that the JV has to discuss and consider
