on a purely paying interest loan - 5% * 1.24 mil= $62K /yr interest payment
rental yield = $2800/mnth * 12 = $33,600
good for negative gearing - reduce your tax by 30k.. lol
positive gearing - not a chance -unless you convert it to 10 bedders and rent out to chinese students..lol
owner occupier - maybe. wait for long term K growth.
