GERO's are 'picked' from amongst the geologist mining services posters, some un degreed but deep researchers of graphite for example, they're also called Siberians.

anyhow typical that a minser would come up with being bullied at school piffle.
the pre requisite is doing research to close to academic standard and then sharing it. rocko for example is doing gero aka graphite nerd.
anyway it's 'thinking' for example
about what expansion qualities means in commercial terms of applications, off take potentials as an example. may be too intellectual for you riskon?
