The majority of commodities have been in a bear market for several years now, on the back of the GFC. They will all move higher together when the time is right.
No individual or corporation has the power to manipulate the price of a single commodity over an extended period of time, they can for a few days at most.
The shift will come, but don't expect gold and silver to skyrocket whilst everything else stays still. Not going to happen.
