Hi arthur ... haven't found anything better than Metastock and a few indicators such as RSI/MACD/FIB/MA etc along with a good understanding of chart analysis to get me in and out of trades nicely ...
The only other is a custom indicator I wrote with my own algorithm which is neat ... but that is it ...
Fundamentals and timing of company anns along with news also in the equation ... along with tight stops.
Buffalo Cruncher is auto-everything for the back-office number crunching for derivatives trades but that is another story ... I still have to trade the underlying.
The Market is suffering 'risk aversion' due mainly to the US experience and behaving erratically ... (see my comments re NAB profit) which is causing some frustration but we shall survive in my view as the collective nervous system recovers ...
