Also if we can pay back $50m in 9mnths then the interest is not unreasonable..It is fair enough to pay a commercial interest rate but any extra over of each 1% is only $375k over 9mnths.With AVB making almost 1.2m per week that is roughly 2 days work. Also a rights issue is expensive to administer and not everyone has the cash available.If they did they'd probably be buying all those cheap 6 centas.lol Remember TP is a Scotsman so if there is a cheaper rate or deal I'm sure he will find it.
