A month ago NDO were seeking potential partners.
They started a 5 well drill program
First one = duster
2nd one = due december
Also they have SC58 which is in the galoc field.
Sure they need money to continue, but they have a structured plan, and are not desperate.
I don't see this as a cry to sell out. They still hold 22% of Galoc field.
The NDO board in the past has been questionable, but they are in the right place, and will eventually be rewarded.
Just my thoughts. Dont assume anything
