when sentiment is this bad, stocks can get sold off to absolutely ridiculous levels before eventually turning around. of course, some go bust and never recover.
biggest turnaround stock i ever witnessed was NWH - went too or very close too 4 cents in 2016 before getting the forrestfield airport link and beginning its turnaround from the dead.
$100 mill market cap is not yet ridiculous. it is possible APX could go a lot lower yet.
