I support the CRMA theory. But i also like arguing/debating even if I agree with the persons position because it often brings additional information that maybe new to you or haven't considered.
In support of your argument i would offer Australia's own (largely unpopular) High court decision to release detainees from indefinite confinement.
In opposition to your argument I would simply offer that fact that the timeline has exceeded normal self reported timeliness.
We can argue till the reindeer come home, but at the end of the day only time will tell.
