Page 5 of the quarterly (third last paragraph) has some information on pricing mechanisms. It says that in an increasing pricing environment WHC expects to lag the index obviously because prices have gone up after a price has previously been settled upon.
It says they have some fixed sales that are agreed upon up to three months before delivery and other sales are based on the 'month of scheduled shipment or the average quarterly price for a quarter, together with some JPU reference price sales'. Whatever JPU is I don't know.
Anyways there is some stuff there that may give an indication
