It's a pity there isn't someway of putting a caveat on that unit .'Stolen','misappropriated',' money obtained under false pretences' ie shareholders funds in this case-always remain the property of those from whom it has been wrongfully obtained.That unit belongs to us and any money from the sale is ours-period.
