FAR have stated they will release the results at total depth (which is when we should expect logs will be run, someone else has posted). I expect they are beholden to the JV, and unless the JV (read CNE as operator I suppose) announce any upper Bellatrix indications earlier, that is when we will hear from them. That's my interpretation as per their response in the other thread.

From the ASX material change point of view, and this is pure speculation, I suppose FAR could argue that the release by the operator was the first time they became aware (with reasonable certainty) that the results were .... whatever they turn out to be.

Hi Pj pretending one doesn't know is not the same as not knowing. FAR's responsibilities belong with their shareholders first IMO. CNE as the operator can not and should not have sway over ASX rules.
They can argue till the cows come home but we all know dam well that Bell is an exploration target as described by FAR in their investor presentations..... you know the one's that try to convince you to invest, pure and simple. DB
