The website doesn't make a conclusion, it simply defines the measurements it uses and then gives measurements for MBE themselves. We can draw our own conclusions, but it looks like MBE is possibly in a relative strong down trend, with more selling to come.

I cant get in the site.. but obviously from a very short term perspective since August..... and given Sep and Oct are not the best months for stock markets

But importantly the weekly chart from medium term perspective is still in upward trend from when it was 2c in May 2013 ..
