    I have 5 days left on my billing period and I'm over about $20 on my call allowance of $550.

    I ring them to ask if its ok if I move up to the next plan that covers $800 worth of calls. She said no need to do that, stay on the same rate for this billing period, make all the calls you want and we will waver anything past $550.

    A few minutes latter an email comes through with a call reference number.

    How awesome is that service? It was only a few years ago they were impossible to deal with, nightmare to deal with them and no chance in hell they would ever get back to you.

    This is only one example. I have had nothing but great service in the last 2 years, someone really walked in there and shaked it up. It had to happen anyway, the ombudsman was making them hurt.

    I'm guessing others would disagree but from my experience their customer service is now exceptional!
