Can someone please assist me. I have a mobile phone that I bought outright it's not on any fixed plan so I pay cash in store for each bill. My account is not setup for credit card payment it is cash payment. Then this morning I find out through combank that tls has made a withdrawal of 599.00 through my credit card. The only details the bank were able to give me is showing a withdrawal for 599.00 Telstra and I spoke to the woman at Telstra who confirmed my payments are up to date. Any suggestions thanks
