Given up on New York also. I'm not sure who did the due diligence on Huron IBM Campus at Endicott before they signed up, but according to this recent news it's still a Class 2 Superfund site, which means its so toxic it poses a risk to the public. Contaminated soil and water containing TCE, a chemical linked to cancers. Remediation continues, but it needs to get to stage 4, and is progressing more slowly than anticipated. The video in the link doesn't inspire me that anything will be happing here for a while yet.
