Nicky James, this is where we differ. I don't want to give the government undue power against those that criticize it, before long criticizing the govt could become an act of terror. It may be far fetched, but has happened time and time again in history and millions have be killed and jailed for less (eg china, Russia etc etc).
Many acts can be justified in the national interest, we need to keep a tight rain on how such powers are exercised to avoid abuse.
