So you prefer to transfer these so called ''hell holes'' to cities and towns?

I think if you were to ask the hell holees where they prefer to live I'm pretty sure they would stay where they are.

I have visited about a dozen of these communities in the Cape and most of them have a pretty decent lifestyle
