I agree with Icarus; around $1m. This wavers in different markets. Harsher ASX listing rules, greater chance of Ch1&2 and generally poorer sentiment means shells are being valued more cheaply than, say, 12-18 months ago. Shell value also comes from how the market views mgmt or who has control of the register. Plenty of clean shells with Muppet BoD or grub corporate advisors, that make success unlikely.
