The (estimated) $3million for the dam and $1million for the site or any combination of the two costs. I did state $4 million approximately and we are talking about expending enough money so that the structural works are not delayed.
The real dam may be constructed by the overburden as it is raised from time to time but I reckon that there may be a requirement to have the tailings dam constructed to a point where it at least catches the run off from the construction site. Normal practice in Australia but Brazil may be not as stringent.
