May be a silly question but do brokers statistically keep information on clients in regards to holding positions and patterns and share them amongst other brokers. What I mean is categorise groups of clients and put them into day trade , short term trade, medium, and investor type groupings so that they know that for example we can shake the tree this much and this is how much fruit will fall from the tree or vice verce.
