Ive been trying to understand why PEN is shunned despite it being the only listed U producer, is it because they are still not profitable as OpEx is north of $30 a lb and so are currently buying product on Spot to fulfill their sales obligations?
are their any other concerns with it? debt? mine life? mining issues?
