I'm not on K2F either fyi - have been watching it though. And still haven't decided whether I'll buy it tbh. The one thing IFM taught me is that this type of business model takes a long time to find its feet. So don't want to make the mistake of buying too early - which is what i did with IFM initially.

Geez I remember the guys at Intelligent Investor pitching IFM as an under-appreciated value stock 10 years ago - doesn't sound like much has changed
