Australia is the most EV unfriendly country in the world with zero incentives and lack of charging infrastructure. Even in the US people do countless dead mileage looking for a charger.

To save fuel and not put up with the annoyance of plugging in and out, I recommend diesel with much lower purchase cost for the same vehicle. Great torque too.
