Programs that were ready to roll, having been in advanced stages of planning, were given priority funding.
Now those projects have been completed investment has tapered off,as you would expect, with many projects having been brought forward.
Abbott will have re-announced projects or re-allocated funding to those areas that the Coalition are ideologically aligned to, or possibly worse, pork barrelled their constituency.
