Not exactly cheaper when you add up capital outlay, even with free fuel. If you dont keep it for more than 120,000km than you are actually worse off without subsidised fringe benefits tax exemption on BEV and PHEV. The CX3 wont burn ya house down neither...

EDIT : I didnt even add in your type 2 home charger capital and installation costs niether.
